Restorative. A deeply soothing sequence of peace-full postures; a surprisingly powerful practice for balancing out the stresses of life.
Warrior’s Workout. An excitingly energising flow class: challenging the core, untangling tension and unleashing your mojo!
Meditation. Silent and guided techniques to calm and focus that monkey mind.
Customised Classes. Classes can be designed for specific focuses to best serve the group.
Workshops and Information Sessions. Full or Half day workshops designed to transform how we work and play. Learn how to integrate subtle and profound yoga techniques into your day for increased energy, released tension, stress management, concentration, creativity, team building and balance. Information sessions about yoga and its benefits can also be booked where space may be too limited for a ‘hands on’ yoga experience.
